Key Actions:Wipe surface dust off the element with a dry cloth; clear away surrounding debris to prevent intake (air or liquid) blockages.
Weekly Maintenance
Cleaning: For purgeable filter media, use compressed air (pressure ≤0.3 MPa) to blow off accumulated dust, directing the airflow from the back of the media along the direction of the pleats.
Seal Inspection: Check sealing strips and clips for looseness or signs of aging; promptly tighten or replace any defective seals.
Monthly In-Depth Maintenance
Comprehensive Disassembly & Inspection:** Remove the element to examine the accumulation of contaminants inside the filter media; clear any residual debris from the mounting slots.
Parameter Verification: Check differential pressure gauge readings; if the pressure differential rises abnormally, investigate potential causes such as media clogging or equipment malfunction.
Periodic Replacement Schedule
High-Dust/High-Oil Conditions: Replace primary filters every 1–2 months, medium-efficiency filters every 3–6 months, and high-efficiency filters every 12–18 months.
Standard Industrial Conditions: Replace primary filters every 2–3 months, medium-efficiency filters every 6–8 months, and high-efficiency filters every 18–24 months.
Clean/Sterile Environments: Replace primary filters every month, medium-efficiency filters every 3–4 months, and high-efficiency filters every 8–12 months.
