Industrial Cartridge Dust Collector

The RH/MC Industrial Cartridge Dust Collector is intended for small and medium-sized industrial dust collection applications in electronics, chemicals, metal processing, rubber and related production environments. Its airflow path is designed so that larger and finer particles do not reach the filter section in exactly the same way.

After dust-laden air enters the collector under fan suction, the airflow passage becomes larger and works together with the internal air distribution structure. Part of the larger dust particles settles into the hopper under gravity and inertia. Smaller and lighter particles continue into the filtration chamber, where they are captured by the cartridge media. Filtered air then enters the clean-air chamber and leaves through the outlet.

This sequence allows some coarse particles to settle before the air reaches the filter cartridges, reducing the direct loading of larger particles on the filtration surface.

As dust accumulates on the cartridge surface, system resistance increases. When the preset condition is reached, the reverse-cleaning system starts. Pulse valves release high-speed compressed air through the blow pipes. The compressed air then enters the cartridges through the Venturi structure.

The PLC controls pulse valve opening and closing. The short pulse creates positive pressure and vibration inside the cartridge, causing accumulated dust to separate from the media and fall into the hopper. Collected dust can then be discharged through the ash valve into the dust container.

The cartridges are installed vertically, so released dust can fall downward during cleaning. At the same time, the filter cartridges use a side-access installation structure. Routine replacement and maintenance therefore do not require personnel to enter the collector housing, which can help shorten maintenance shutdowns. A pressure-regulating filter is also fitted to the compressed-air tank to improve the quality of the pulse-cleaning air. Larger models may include ladders, platforms and guardrails for maintenance access.

The RH/MC series covers airflow from 1,209 to 25,636 m³/h and filtration areas from 30 to 450 m². Depending on the model, equipment can use 2–30 filter cartridges and 2–6 pulse valves. This allows the system size to be matched to different small and medium industrial dust collection requirements.

For some fume applications, the source also states that the equipment can be configured with high-efficiency membrane cartridges, an appropriate fan, an extraction device and a mobile trolley. This gives the RH/MC structure some flexibility beyond a fixed dust collection installation.

When specifying an Industrial Cartridge Dust Collector, buyers can provide airflow, dust type, available equipment space and extraction method. Custom manufacturing according to technical drawings or an existing prototype is also supported.

Filter cartridges are one of the company's long-term development and manufacturing products, supported by technical work in filter media, product design and process optimization. During a dust collector order, manufacturing photos or videos can be shared with the buyer.

The minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Each complete collector receives a 100% inspection before packing, and independent third-party inspection is also accepted. For international transportation, cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases can be selected according to the equipment and accessories.

Under normal operating conditions, the complete unit has a one-year warranty. After-sales personnel can provide technical assistance for cartridge replacement, pulse-cleaning adjustment and operating problems.
