Mobile Welding Fume Extractor

The RH/HY Mobile Welding Fume Extractor is designed for source capture of welding fumes, cutting fumes and grinding dust. Instead of depending on a large fixed duct system, the extraction arm, filter cartridge and fan are integrated into a movable unit. This allows the equipment to be repositioned when the welding location changes.

A 360° rotating extraction arm can be moved and positioned close to the actual welding point. The operator can adjust the extraction opening according to the workpiece and welding position while keeping the arm away from the main operating area. This arrangement is suitable for workshops where welding stations are distributed across different areas, work positions change frequently, or installing a permanent main duct is not practical.

After fumes enter through the extraction arm, particles are captured by the filter cartridge. The cartridge can be cleaned and reused. During cleaning, compressed air is introduced from the clean-air side with a cleaning gun, allowing accumulated dust on the outside of the cartridge to fall into the dust container on the dirty-air side.

Both manual and automatic cleaning configurations are available. The automatic version can use PLC control and supports timed or differential-pressure cleaning. In addition to the standard extraction arm, hose or rigid-pipe connections can be selected according to the required extraction position.

The RH/HY series covers airflow from 1,500 to 4,000 m³/h. RH/HY-150 has an airflow of 1,500 m³/h, a 2.2 kW motor and one extraction arm. RH/HY-200 provides 2,000 m³/h with 3.0 kW power and can use one or two arms. RH/HY-300 reaches 3,500 m³/h with 4.0 kW power and also supports one or two arms. RH/HY-400 provides 4,000 m³/h, a filtration area of 40/80 m², 5.5 kW power and a hood-type extraction configuration.
For this reason, selection of a Mobile Welding Fume Extractor can be based on the number of welding positions operating at the same time, the amount of fumes generated and the required extraction method.

The equipment can be customized according to technical drawings or actual operating conditions. The minimum order quantity for dust collection equipment is 1 unit. Manufacturing photos or videos can be provided during production, and the finished equipment receives a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted.

For overseas orders, cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases can be used according to cargo dimensions. EXW, FOB and DDP delivery requirements can be supported. Under normal operating conditions, the equipment has a one-year warranty. For workshops with frequently changing welding positions or distributed equipment, a Mobile Welding Fume Extractor provides a more direct local collection arrangement than a centralized fixed-duct configuration.
