Horizontal Cartridge Layout for Space-Sensitive Projects

The RH/XLC-II Horizontal Cartridge Dust Collector uses horizontally installed filter cartridges with a pulse-jet cleaning system. This arrangement is designed for industrial dust collection projects where airflow capacity, installation space and possible future expansion all need to be considered.

Dust-laden air enters the housing and passes through the cartridge filtration section. Dust is retained on the filter media while cleaned air leaves the unit. When accumulated dust reaches the cleaning condition, the pulse system sends reverse compressed air through the cartridges. The dust is released from the filter surface and falls into the hopper.

Cleaning can be controlled by time or differential pressure. This allows the cleaning cycle to respond to actual dust loading instead of operating continuously when it is not required. The listed initial resistance is 120–250 Pa, normal operating resistance is 500–700 Pa, and final resistance is 1000–1250 Pa. The product information gives a dust collection efficiency of 99.99%.

Modular Design for New Systems and Equipment Upgrades

Unlike a traditional vertical cartridge layout, the RH/XLC-II places its cartridges horizontally inside the housing. This can reduce the equipment footprint and allows cartridge maintenance from the side of the unit.

The modular construction also gives project engineers more flexibility when planning system capacity. Different modules can be combined according to airflow requirements, and the system can be expanded later when operating requirements change. Inspection, Production and Delivery Support

The minimum order quantity for dust collectors is 1 unit, and OEM/ODM projects are supported. Photos or videos can be provided during production so the buyer can follow manufacturing progress. Before packing, the complete equipment receives a 100% inspection, and third-party inspection is accepted.

Standard production time is approximately 25 days without a fan and approximately 55 days with a fan. Customized equipment requires about 10 additional days for drawing preparation. Packaging can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to transportation requirements.

Under normal operating conditions, the dust collector is covered by a one-year warranty. Installation documents, remote technical guidance and troubleshooting support can also be provided after delivery.
