Continuous Dust Collection for Industrial Processes

The RH/DLMC Industrial Baghouse Dust Collector is designed for production environments that require continuous collection of industrial dust. Dust-laden air passes through filter bags, where particles are captured before the cleaned air leaves the filtration section. The unit can be connected by ductwork to several work positions, making it suitable for centralized dust collection systems.

The RH/DLMC series provides filtration areas from 30 to 480 m² and uses 20 to 320 filter bags, depending on the selected configuration. Different numbers of columns, layers and pulse valves are available for different dust collection capacities. The system can continue filtering under relatively high filtration velocity and high dust concentration conditions. Pulse-jet cleaning helps remove accumulated dust from the filter bags and control operating resistance during continuous operation.

Modular Baghouse Structure and Filter Media Options

The modular housing is designed to provide a large filtration area within limited installation space. Increased spacing between filter bags also helps reduce the possibility of bridging when handling light and fluffy dust.

Different filter media and bag lengths can be selected according to the dust properties and actual operating conditions. This allows the equipment to handle both general industrial dust and dust that is more difficult to recover. With the corresponding filter bag configuration, the service life of the filter media bags can reach more than twice that of standard polyester media filter bags. This can help reduce filter bag replacement frequency, maintenance work and operating pressure drop.

The equipment can be used for flour dust, wood powder, pharmaceutical powder, carbon black, pigments and aluminum powder. It is also suitable for silo-top dust collection and processes such as crushing, screening and mixing.

Project Selection and Customization Support

Selection of an Industrial Baghouse Dust Collector can be based on the airflow, dust type, temperature, humidity, installation space and voltage provided by the customer. Custom production according to technical drawings or an existing prototype is also supported.

The technical and production team has worked in the air filtration field since 2004, covering filter media, dust collection equipment and filtration systems. During manufacturing, key processes such as housing welding, sandblasting and corrosion protection, electrical wiring and complete-unit pressure testing can be controlled and checked. Production photos or videos can also be provided so buyers can follow manufacturing progress.

Before packing, each unit receives a 100% final inspection. Third-party inspection is also accepted, allowing buyers to check the equipment condition and order requirements before shipment.

Ordering, Packaging and Delivery

The minimum order quantity for dust collectors is 1 unit. Sample and customization details can be discussed before batch production.

Production time depends on the equipment configuration. A standard dust collector without a fan takes about 25 days to produce, while a standard unit with a fan takes about 55 days. Customized dust collectors require approximately 10 additional days for drawing preparation.

Packaging can be selected according to the equipment and transportation requirements. Available options include cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases. EXW, FOB and DDP delivery terms can be supported according to the order.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

Under normal operating conditions, the dust collector is supplied with a one-year warranty. After-sales personnel can provide installation documents, remote technical guidance and troubleshooting support during operation.

For factories that need long-term dust collection from several work positions, the RH/DLMC series combines a wide filtration-area range, pulse cleaning, replaceable filter media and configurable equipment structures. These features allow buyers to select a suitable configuration for a new centralized dust collection system or for dust-control projects on an existing production line.
