Grinding Polishing Dust Extraction Table

The RH/DM Grinding Polishing Dust Extraction Table combines a working surface with local dust collection. It is designed for grinding dust, polishing dust and fumes generated in metalworking, woodworking, foundry production and related manual processing operations.

Instead of positioning an extraction point far above or away from the operator, the RH/DM collects particles close to the working area. Dust enters through extraction holes in the worktable or through the side suction inlet. This shortens the distance between the dust-generating point and the extraction opening and is suitable for fixed operations such as manual grinding, component finishing and polishing.

The arrangement can reduce the need to build a separate dust extraction position around each workbench while keeping collection close to the actual process.

During operation, the fan creates negative pressure and draws dust into the table. Larger particles settle into the dust collection box under gravity. Finer particles continue into the cartridge filtration area, where they are captured by the filter media. Cleaned air is then discharged by the fan, and some models support indoor recirculation.

When cartridge resistance reaches a set value, such as 600 Pa, pulse cleaning can begin. The source specifies a compressed-air cleaning pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa. The pulse removes accumulated material from the cartridge surface so the filtration section can continue operating.
