Dust collection filter bags: Polyester bags used in standard ambient-temperature, dry-dust conditions (e.g., sand, gravel, or building material processing) typically require replacement every 1–2 years with proper maintenance. Fiberglass or PPS bags used in high-temperature boiler or kiln flue gas applications require replacement every 6 months to 1 year. PTFE bags used in highly corrosive environments-such as chemical processing or waste incineration-require replacement every 3–6 months.
Air purification filters: HEPA filters for residential air purifiers typically require replacement every 6–12 months (shortened to 3–6 months in environments with heavy smog or multiple pets). High-efficiency filters for industrial cleanrooms typically last 2–5 years with proper maintenance, while those in pharmaceutical GMP workshops require replacement every 1–3 years.
Water treatment filter cartridges:PP cotton cartridges typically require replacement every 3–6 months (shortened to 1–3 months if water quality is poor). Activated carbon cartridges require replacement every 6–18 months. Reverse osmosis membranes typically require replacement every 1–3 years, though this can be extended to 3–5 years with proper maintenance.
Other specialized industrial filter cartridges: Dryer filter cartridges require replacement every 3–6 months. For nitrogen generators, the primary filter cartridge requires replacement every 3–6 months; the secondary high-efficiency oil-removal filter every 6–9 months; and the tertiary dust-removal filter every 6–12 months.
