Direct Silo-Top Filtration During Powder Transfer
The RH Cement Silo Dust Collector is installed directly on top of a powder storage silo. Its main purpose is to control airborne dust generated during pneumatic conveying, bulk filling and powder storage.
When powder is pneumatically transferred into a silo, the incoming material and conveying air create positive pressure inside the vessel. Instead of sending this dusty air through a long duct to a remote collector, the silo-top unit allows the air to pass directly through its filtration section. Dust is retained while air is released from the silo, helping reduce dust leakage around the silo cover, manhole and other openings.
The operating process mainly consists of filtration and cleaning cycles. Pulse-jet cleaning or mechanical vibration structures can be selected according to the equipment configuration.

Compact Installation and Side Maintenance
The integrated structure is intended for direct installation on the silo roof and does not require additional floor space around the silo. A side-opening maintenance door allows filter cartridges or filter bags to be removed from the side.
This arrangement reduces the need for large lifting equipment during routine filter replacement and is useful where maintenance space on the silo top is limited. For pulse-cleaning configurations, the controller can operate by time or differential pressure, allowing the filtration elements to be cleaned according to operating conditions.

Filter Media Matched to Different Powders
Filter media selection is a key part of specifying a Cement Silo Dust Collector because storage materials can differ significantly in temperature, particle size, moisture and static behavior.
Available options in the supplied information include standard-temperature polyester, high-temperature glass fiber for conditions up to 260°C, antistatic media, water- and oil-repellent media, and PTFE membrane media. Antistatic configurations can be considered for powders such as coal powder and aluminum powder, while PTFE membrane media can be selected for very fine or adhesive dust.
Applications are not limited to cement. The equipment can also be used on fly ash, mineral powder, limestone powder, dry-mix mortar, calcium carbonate, talc, resin powder, pigment, fertilizer and plastic-pellet silos. Other listed materials include graphite powder, lithium iron phosphate, lithium carbonate, flour, starch, grain, feed powder, slag powder, metal mineral powder, foundry sand, glass, ceramic and lime powder.

Customization and Project Ordering
Equipment selection can be based on dust type, temperature, humidity, installation conditions and required filter media. Production according to technical drawings or an existing prototype is supported. Buyers can confirm the filter media, cleaning structure and installation interface before production.
The minimum order quantity is 1 unit. Customized equipment requires approximately 10 days for drawing preparation before production. Finished units receive a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Packaging can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases.
Under normal operating conditions, a one-year warranty is provided, together with installation information, remote technical communication and troubleshooting support.
The supplied material does not provide model-specific airflow, filtration area, cartridge quantity, motor power, dimensions or weight for the Cement Silo Dust Collector. These figures therefore need to be confirmed according to the actual silo and conveying conditions rather than estimated on the product page.
