Pulse-Cleaned Filtration for Gas Turbine Intake Systems
The pulse filter gas turbine is a filtration element for self-cleaning gas turbine intake systems. Its pleated filtration media captures sand, industrial dust and other particulate contaminants from the incoming air before the air continues through the gas turbine intake system.
Instead of operating only as a static filter, the element works with compressed-air pulse cleaning. Dust accumulated on the filtration surface can be periodically removed by reverse pulses, helping control the increase in differential pressure caused by continuous dust loading.
The listed rated airflow per element is 2,000–3,000 m³/h. Available filtration grades include ISO 29461 T8–T10, while the initial pressure drop is 100–180 Pa. Cartridge length ranges from 650 to 1,000 mm.
These values should be confirmed according to the actual model and selected filter media.

Designed for Higher Dust-Load Environments
Pulse-cleaning filtration is particularly relevant to gas turbine intake systems operating in deserts, mining regions, dry areas and high-dust industrial locations.
In these environments, particulate loading can build continuously on the filter surface. Pulse cleaning provides a way to remove some of this accumulation during operation rather than waiting for a filter element to be manually removed for cleaning.
Pleat spacing and internal support structure also influence how effectively the cleaning airflow can enter between the pleats. For this reason, the design of a pulse filter gas turbine should consider more than only the nominal filtration grade.
Dust-holding behavior, recovery of pressure drop after cleaning and long-term airflow resistance also need to be considered. Where the intake environment includes moisture, fog or other conditions, appropriate filter media can be selected according to the actual product configuration.

Gas Turbine Replacement and New-System Matching
Jiangsu Renhe has long-term product development experience in gas turbine intake filtration. According to the supplied company information, production lines for dust collectors and intake filters entered operation during 2009–2011, followed by optimization and retrofit work for large gas turbine inlet filtration systems during 2012–2015.
The technical team can review the installation dimensions of an existing gas turbine filter house, rated airflow, required filtration grade and local environmental conditions.
OEM/ODM manufacturing is supported, as well as production from technical drawings or a physical prototype. The product can therefore be used for replacement purchasing in existing equipment or as a filtration element for new intake-system projects.
Ordering and Long-Term Spare Filter Supply
The minimum order quantity for filter elements is 20 pieces. Standard cartridge production time is 7–10 days. If a customized structure requires new tooling, the listed mold-development time for filter cartridges is approximately 30 days.
Samples can be discussed before volume production. Photos or videos can also be supplied during manufacturing. Every batch receives a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Export transportation can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases. After the dimensions and structure of a pulse filter gas turbine have been confirmed for the first order, repeat orders can follow the approved specification, reducing repeated drawing and dimension confirmation for future maintenance purchasing.
