Cylindrical Pleated Design for Intake Filter Arrays
The Cylindrical Air Filter Cartridge is designed for gas turbines, industrial turbomachinery and large compressor intake systems. It is particularly suitable for self-cleaning pulse-type intake filtration structures where cartridges are arranged in regular arrays inside the filter house.
The cylindrical pleated structure provides a relatively large filtration area within a compact element shape. Each cartridge has a rated airflow of 1,800–3,000 m³/h. Outside diameter ranges from 300 to 450 mm, while cartridge length ranges from 600 to 1,000 mm.
Available filtration grades include ISO 29461 T5–T10. Depending on the intake system, the cartridge can operate with pulse reverse cleaning or in a static configuration.
Regular Arrangement and Structural Stability
The cylindrical shape makes it possible to arrange multiple cartridges in a consistent pattern inside the intake filter chamber. Internal support structures can also help the cartridge maintain its form during operation.
Pleated filter media increases the available filtration surface without requiring a large external cartridge size. However, the pleat design still needs to be matched to rated airflow, dust loading and the selected cleaning method.
For pulse-cleaned systems, a Cylindrical Air Filter Cartridge needs to provide particle capture while also allowing accumulated dust to be removed by reverse pulses. The cartridge design should therefore consider both filtration and pressure-drop recovery after cleaning.
Where the intake environment includes high humidity or significant dust exposure, the filter media can be selected according to the actual operating conditions and product configuration.
Gas Turbine and Compressor Applications
The product can be used in gas turbines, industrial turbines, large compressors, turbomachinery and cylindrical pulse-cleaning intake filtration systems.
For replacement projects, buyers can provide the original cartridge outside diameter, length, installation interface and required filtration grade. For new equipment, cartridges can be manufactured according to filter-house drawings and overall intake-system design.
Jiangsu Renhe has long-term manufacturing experience in filter cartridges and gas turbine intake filtration. Its development history includes early cartridge production, later intake-filter production and optimization work for large gas turbine inlet filtration systems.
OEM/ODM manufacturing is supported. Filter media, end caps, sealing structures and installation methods can be technically confirmed before production.
Repeat Supply for Maintenance Programs
The minimum order quantity is 20 filter elements. Standard cartridge production requires approximately 7–10 days. If a customized Cylindrical Air Filter Cartridge requires a new mold, the listed mold-development period is approximately 30 days.
Samples can be discussed before mass production. Photos or videos can be supplied while the order is being manufactured, followed by a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted.
Export packaging can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases. For later replacement orders, previously approved dimensions and structures can be reused, reducing the need for repeated drawing confirmation.
