Final-Stage Filtration for Gas Turbine Intake Air
The High Efficiency Inlet Air Filter is mainly used in the high-efficiency or final filtration stage of gas turbine intake systems. Its role is to further capture fine and submicron particles that remain after upstream filtration, providing cleaner intake air before it enters the gas turbine system.
Available filtration grades include ISO 29461 T10, T11 and T12. According to the supplied data, the corresponding minimum MPPS efficiencies are ≥85%, ≥95% and ≥99.5%. The High Efficiency Inlet Air Filter can be used in combined-cycle power plants, urban and industrial pollution areas, coastal power stations, oil and gas facilities, and other operating environments where cleaner gas turbine intake air is required.
During specification, buyers should confirm filtration grade, rated airflow, initial pressure drop and actual installation dimensions together. This helps avoid selecting a filter only by efficiency while overlooking its effect on intake resistance.

Replacement Matching and Technical Development

Sample Confirmation and Order Inspection
Samples and technical specifications can be confirmed before mass production. The minimum order quantity for filter elements is 20 pieces. Standard cartridge-type products normally require 7–10 days for production, while customized products requiring new tooling need additional development time according to the actual structure.
Production photos or videos can be supplied during manufacturing. Every batch receives a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Export packaging can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to filter dimensions. This packaging arrangement helps protect the high-efficiency media, frame and sealing areas during international transportation.
