Polyester Media for General Dry Dust Filtration
The Polyester Dust Collector Filter Cartridge uses polyester spunbond nonwoven fabric as its main filtration medium. Polyester provides the mechanical strength and dimensional stability required for manufacturing a large pleated filtration surface, making it suitable for industrial dry dust collection systems using pulse-jet or reverse-air cleaning.
The cartridge provides a filtration area of 5–22 m² per piece and is available with outside diameters from 120 to 400 mm. The listed normal temperature range is 65–93°C.
Rather than using one polyester configuration for every application, the filter surface can be selected according to the dust environment. Standard polyester media is available for general dry industrial dust, while membrane or water- and oil-repellent surface treatments can be considered when the operating conditions require different surface characteristics.

Production Capacity, Inspection and Export Packing
The minimum order quantity is 20 cartridges, and standard production time is 7–10 days. If a custom structure requires a new mold, the listed mold-development period is approximately 30 days.
The supplied information gives a filter cartridge production capacity of 80,000 pieces per month. Production photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing. A 100% final inspection is carried out before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
For international shipment, cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases can be used to protect pleated media, end caps and sealing areas during transportation.
