A Filtration Component for Dust Systems Requiring Static Control
The Antistatic Dust Collector Filter Cartridge is designed for dust filtration conditions where static charge accumulation needs to be considered. It uses antistatic polyester filter media and can incorporate conductive fibers, a conductive layer or other static-dissipation structures.
The cartridge has a filtration area of 5–22 m² per piece, an outside diameter range of 150–400 mm and a normal working temperature of up to approximately 90°C.
Its antistatic function should not be evaluated only from the product name. Surface resistance, volume resistance or other relevant electrical properties need to be identified according to actual product testing. This provides procurement teams with a more useful technical basis than applying one generalized resistance value to every antistatic cartridge.
Antistatic Media Works as Part of the Complete System

For projects where static properties are an important purchasing requirement, performance values should be confirmed from the actual product and corresponding test data. The supplied material specifically avoids using generalized promotional claims in place of measurable technical parameters.
Ordering Multiple Replacement Specifications
Buyers can discuss cartridge or filter-media samples before volume production to confirm dimensions, structure and material. The minimum order quantity is 20 pieces, while the standard cartridge production period is 7–10 days.
If a customized Antistatic Dust Collector Filter Cartridge requires a new mold, the listed mold-development period is approximately 30 days. For maintenance programs that require several cartridge specifications, mixed models can be discussed according to the actual purchasing requirement.
Manufacturing photos or videos can be provided during production. Products receive a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Export orders can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases for protection during batch transportation.
