Pleated Filtration Area in a Compact Element
The Industrial Dust Filter Cartridge is a pleated filtration element for industrial air filtration and dust collection systems. By forming the filter material into pleats, a larger effective filtration surface can be installed within a relatively compact cartridge body.
The available filtration area is 5–25 m² per cartridge. Outside diameter ranges from 120 to 400 mm, while cartridge length ranges from 300 to 1,500 mm. The listed normal operating temperature range is approximately ≤65–90°C, depending on the actual filter material and cartridge structure.
Media options include polyester nonwoven material, composite fiber, membrane media and other filtration media suitable for the operating conditions. Because filtration area, dimensions and temperature capability vary with the structure and material, these values should be confirmed for the final cartridge configuration rather than treated as identical across all versions.
More Than Diameter and Length
For industrial replacement and equipment-matching projects, cartridge selection involves more than measuring the outside diameter and overall length. Filter media, pleat structure, end caps, sealing method and the installation interface of the existing dust collector also need to be confirmed.
For new dust collection equipment, cartridge construction can be developed around the internal equipment layout. For replacement orders, the existing cartridge dimensions, connection structure and seal can be used as the matching reference.
The product can be used in machining, metal cutting, welding, powder handling, building materials, mineral processing, woodworking, chemicals and general industrial dust collection equipment.
Filter Media and Structure Development
Jiangsu Renhe entered the air filtration field through filter cartridge manufacturing and has continued work in filter materials and cartridge product development. Its technical activities cover filter media development, product design and process optimization. The company also participates in the industry technical specification for pleated cartridges used in bag-type dust collection applications.
An Industrial Dust Filter Cartridge can be developed from technical drawings, an original cartridge or equipment installation dimensions. OEM/ODM production is supported. Buyers can provide the outside diameter, length, end-cap structure, sealing form and dust conditions so the material and cartridge structure can be checked before production.
Batch Supply and Order Verification
The minimum order quantity is 20 cartridges. Standard production time is 7–10 days. If a customized cartridge requires a new mold, the listed mold-development period is approximately 30 days.
Samples can be discussed before mass production, including cartridge and membrane-filter-media samples for relevant confirmation. The supplied factory information lists cartridge production capacity at 80,000 units per month.
Production photos or videos can be shared during manufacturing. A 100% inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. International shipments can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases to protect the pleated media, end caps and complete cartridge structure.
For both new equipment and replacement projects, confirming the Industrial Dust Filter Cartridge against actual installation and dust conditions can reduce the risk of receiving a cartridge that fits dimensionally but does not match the required media or sealing structure.
