Rigid Microporous Structure for Industrial Dust Filtration
The filter plate is an industrial dust filtration element made from a rigid porous sintered material. It can use sintered PE or other engineering materials, with the material formulation and surface structure forming a microporous filtration layer.
Unlike flexible filtration media, the rigid filtration body maintains a relatively stable geometric form during operation. Dust is mainly captured on the filtration surface rather than being intentionally carried deep into the filtration material.
As surface dust accumulates, the filter element can work with compressed-air pulse cleaning. Periodic pulses remove deposited dust from the filtration surface so the element can continue operating.
The actual filtration accuracy and operating temperature are not stated as universal values. They depend on the selected material grade, microporous structure and actual test results.
Material Selection According to Industrial Dust Conditions

Manufacturing photos or videos can be provided during order production. Finished products receive a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Depending on product dimensions, cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases can be used for export transportation. The company also provides after-sales communication for installation matching and replacement issues.
