Replacement-Oriented Rigid Filter Element
The element strainer is a rigid filtration component developed for new dust collection equipment, maintenance replacement and filtration-system upgrades. It uses a microporous sintered structure and can be manufactured from PE, PPS or other special materials according to the operating requirement.
These material options are important because different materials have different temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical characteristics. For this reason, the working temperature and filtration performance should be confirmed according to the selected material grade and actual test data rather than applying one common value to every sintered element.
The filtration component can operate together with a pulse-cleaning system. Dust collected on the surface is periodically removed by pulse cleaning, allowing the element to continue filtering during long-term equipment operation.

Equipment Compatibility as a Main Purchasing Factor
The product can be used in sintered-plate dust collectors, powder production lines, mineral processing, chemical production, ceramic processing, food powder handling and other industrial particle filtration equipment.
For maintenance orders, buyers can provide the original filter-element length, installation interface, sealing structure and available internal equipment space. A replacement element can then be developed according to the existing dust collector.
For new equipment, the filter-element quantity, material and interface structure can be coordinated with the overall collector design. The rigid microporous body makes the element suitable for applications where a stable filter shape and repeated cleaning are required.
Because PE, PPS and special materials have different properties, an element strainer should be specified with the real process conditions in mind rather than treated as a single standardized filter for every dust application.

Technical Drawings, Samples and OEM/ODM

The supplied information lists a 7-day development period for customized samples. Whether a sample can be provided free of charge depends on the actual product situation. Using a sample before volume production can help confirm installation compatibility where an existing dust collector has a non-standard interface.

Production Follow-Up and Repeat Ordering
Photos or videos can be provided during production so buyers can follow manufacturing progress. Before packing, finished products receive a 100% inspection, and third-party inspection is accepted.
International shipments can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to the product specification. This provides protection for the rigid filtration structure during batch handling and transportation.
For equipment that operates continuously and requires periodic replacement filters, an important purchasing advantage is the ability to reuse a previously confirmed product structure. Once the dimensions, material and interface have been approved, later repeat orders can follow the same specification and reduce the time required for repeated drawing and installation-interface confirmation.
