Surface Filtration for Fine Industrial Particles
The High Efficiency Dust Filter Cartridge is intended for industrial applications involving fine particles and higher requirements for filtered-air cleanliness. It can use a polyester base material combined with a high-efficiency surface layer or membrane structure, allowing more particles to remain near the surface of the filtration medium.
The available filtration area is 8–25 m² per cartridge. The structure can be designed for submicron and micron-range dust, while the working temperature depends on the selected base material.
The supplied information also describes industrial fine-fiber surface layers with fiber diameters of approximately 0.2–0.3 μm. These fine fibers are used to improve the capture of small particles. Actual filtration performance, however, needs to be confirmed according to the final media, cartridge construction and test conditions rather than assumed from fiber size alone.

Keeping Fine Dust Near the Filter Surface
The filtration concept is different from allowing large amounts of fine dust to penetrate deeply into the media. With a surface-filtration structure, more particles remain close to the outer filtration surface.
This can reduce the amount of fine dust entering deeper areas of the media and can also support subsequent pulse cleaning. For dust collectors operating continuously, the structure is intended to balance fine-particle capture with the ability to remove accumulated material from the cartridge surface.
Listed applications include laser cutting fumes, fine powders, welding fumes, pharmaceutical powders, fine chemical powders, electronics manufacturing and other processes involving fine industrial particles.

Selection Based on the Entire Dust Collection System
A High Efficiency Dust Filter Cartridge should not be selected from a filtration-efficiency figure alone. Target particle range, system airflow, filtration velocity, operating temperature and the dust collector cleaning method all influence the final cartridge configuration.
Jiangsu Renhe has established development, design and production capabilities for filter materials and filter cartridges and continues work on core filtration materials. Cartridges can be developed according to equipment installation dimensions, dust-particle characteristics and the required filtration target.
OEM/ODM and development from customer drawings or prototypes are supported. The company's technical experience also covers pleated filter cartridge structures and participation in related industry technical specifications.

Samples, Verification and Batch Supply
For projects requiring confirmation of filtration media or equipment compatibility, cartridge or membrane-media samples can be discussed before mass production.
The minimum order quantity is 20 cartridges. Standard cartridge production takes approximately 7–10 days, while custom cartridges requiring a new mold have a listed mold-development period of around 30 days.
Photos or videos can be supplied during manufacturing. A 100% inspection is conducted before packing, and third-party inspection is supported. Export packing can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases to protect the media pleats, end caps and sealing sections.
These procurement options allow the High Efficiency Dust Filter Cartridge to be considered for new equipment, filtration-system maintenance and long-term replacement programs where fine-particle handling is an important selection factor.
