Replacement Element for Existing Dust Collection Equipment

A Dust Collector Filter Cartridge is a replaceable filtration component used inside industrial cartridge dust collectors. It captures particles from dust-laden air and works together with the equipment's pulse-cleaning system so accumulated dust can be periodically removed from the filter surface.

The listed filtration area is 5–22 m² per cartridge. Outside diameter ranges from 120 to 380 mm, and length ranges from 500 to 1,500 mm. For conventional polyester versions, the working temperature is approximately ≤90°C. Filter media thickness is not given as one fixed value because it depends on the actual filter material structure.

For replacement procurement, development can start from customer drawings, the specification of the original cartridge or a physical prototype. OEM/ODM manufacturing is supported.

Outside diameter, overall length, end caps, seals and installation interfaces can be checked through technical confirmation or samples before mass production. This is especially useful when the buyer is replacing cartridges in non-standard equipment or in equipment for which the original cartridge structure needs to be reproduced.

Repeat Orders for Maintenance Programs

The minimum order quantity for cartridge products is 20 pieces. Standard production time is 7–10 days. If a customized cartridge requires a new mold, the source gives an approximate mold-development time of 30 days.

Photos or videos can be supplied during batch production. Every batch receives a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is supported. Export packaging can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases.

Once the cartridge dimensions and structure have been confirmed for the first order, later repeat orders can continue using the approved specifications. This reduces the need to measure the same cartridge and reconfirm the drawing each time spare filters are purchased.
