HEPA Fan Filter Unit

The HEPA Fan Filter Unit integrates a fan, HEPA filtration component and control functions into one module. It can independently circulate air, capture particles and deliver filtered air to a controlled clean area.

H13 and H14 HEPA grades are available. The supplied MPPS efficiencies are ≥99.95% for H13 and ≥99.995% for H14. Rated airflow ranges from 700 to 2,300 m³/h, and outlet air velocity is 0.30–0.50 m/s.

Because the fan is integrated into the module, airflow can be actively supplied and adjusted instead of relying only on a separate central air-handling system.

A key feature of this product is the available control configuration. The unit can support 0–10V, Modbus or centralized control.

When several modules are installed in one clean area, a centralized system can manage multiple units and adjust airflow by zone. This can be useful where different parts of a cleanroom or clean production area do not always require the same operating settings.

For projects that need to connect the HEPA Fan Filter Unit with an existing building control or equipment-control system, the communication method should be confirmed before production.

The product can be used in cleanrooms, clean booths, local clean areas, laboratories, semiconductor manufacturing, precision electronics production and pharmaceutical environments.

Procurement should consider filtration grade, clean-area dimensions, installation space, outlet velocity and the required control system together.

For project purchasing, samples or prototypes can be discussed before mass production. The listed development time for customized samples is 7 days.

Manufacturing photos or videos can be supplied during production. Before packing, the complete unit receives a 100% inspection, and third-party inspection is accepted.

International shipments can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to the overall equipment size. Packaging can protect the fan, filter, electrical components and equipment housing.

After-sales personnel can continue to provide technical communication for installation, control connection, operation and later filter replacement.
