Efficient Air Filter

The efficient air filter is a compact filtration element used in the high-efficiency or final filtration stage of air handling systems. Unlike products limited to a single HEPA grade, this series can be configured across a wider E10–H14 filtration range according to the cleanliness requirement of the application.

Rated airflow covers 500–3,000 m³/h, while initial resistance is 100–250 Pa. Common filter thickness ranges from 78 to 300 mm, and the listed maximum working temperature for the standard version is approximately 70°C.

This broader grade range allows different areas within an air-treatment system to use filtration levels suited to their actual cleanliness targets rather than automatically specifying the highest grade for every installation.

High-efficiency filtration involves a practical balance between particle capture, airflow and available installation dimensions.

Increasing the effective filtration-media area can reduce the airflow velocity through each section of the media. Internal structure can also be adjusted according to high-airflow or lower-resistance requirements.

For this reason, an efficient air filter should be specified by rated airflow, target filtration grade, allowable initial resistance, external frame dimensions and filter thickness.

The product can be used in clean air-conditioning systems, air handling units, laboratory supply-air systems, pharmaceutical production, electronics manufacturing and other environments requiring a higher degree of air cleanliness.

The E10–H14 configuration range gives project buyers flexibility when different filtration stages or rooms require different performance levels.

For non-standard equipment, filters can be developed according to the internal dimensions of an air handling unit, filter box or other air-treatment equipment. OEM/ODM manufacturing is supported, together with production from technical drawings or physical samples.

Before customized production, installation conditions such as filter dimensions, grade, equipment interface and available thickness can be reviewed. This helps reduce adjustment work when a filter must fit into an existing air handling unit.

Repeat orders can also follow previously approved external dimensions, filtration grades and structural specifications.

Samples or prototypes can be discussed before a batch order. The supplied information gives a 7-day development period for customized samples.

Production photos or videos can be supplied while the order is being manufactured. Before packing, a 100% inspection is carried out, and third-party inspection is accepted.

International shipments can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases. The packaging is intended to reduce the risk of frame deformation, media compression and impact during transportation.

For projects requiring several filtration grades across one facility, the efficient air filter offers a configurable range from E10 to H14, while still requiring each final model to be confirmed according to airflow, resistance and installation dimensions.
