Terminal HEPA Panel Air Filter

The Terminal HEPA Panel Air Filter is installed at the final filtration position of a clean-air system, close to the controlled clean area. Its purpose is to complete high-efficiency particle filtration immediately before supply air enters the clean space. This arrangement reduces the length of downstream ductwork or equipment located after the final filter, helping limit the possibility of particles being introduced again after filtration.
