Compact Rectangular HEPA Filtration for Terminal Installation
The hepa panel filter uses a compact rectangular structure with high-efficiency filtration media installed inside a rigid frame. Available frame materials include aluminum alloy, stainless steel or other suitable rigid materials according to the product configuration.
The panel format allows the filter to be installed in cleanroom ceilings, terminal supply-air boxes and HEPA filter housings where available installation depth may be limited.
H13 and H14 grades are available, with the supplied MPPS efficiencies ranging from ≥99.95% to ≥99.995%. Common dimensions include 305 × 305 mm, 457 × 457 mm and 610 × 610 mm.
Rated airflow is 300–1,500 m³/h, while initial resistance is listed as 65–250 Pa.
Matching Airflow to Panel Dimensions
A rectangular external size does not determine airflow performance by itself. Two filters with the same 610 × 610 mm frame can still have different rated airflow and resistance because the media area, pleat depth and internal arrangement may differ.
For this reason, buyers should confirm five key items together: filter dimensions, filtration grade, rated airflow, initial resistance and sealing structure.
The hepa panel filter can use a mini-pleat filtration arrangement to increase effective media area within the frame. This helps reduce filtration velocity across the media while keeping the overall filter structure relatively compact.
Available installation sealing options include gasket, knife-edge and gel-groove configurations according to the actual clean-air system.
Cleanroom and Terminal Supply Applications
The product can be used in cleanroom ceilings, clean benches, laminar-flow hoods, terminal supply-air systems, pharmaceutical clean areas, electronics production zones and laboratories.
Its panel structure is especially relevant where the final filtration component needs to fit into a defined ceiling module or terminal filter housing.

Sample Development and Packing Protection
Where a buyer needs to verify material or dimensions before volume production, a sample can be discussed. The listed development time for a customized sample is 7 days.
Photos or videos can be provided during manufacturing. All products receive a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Because panel-type high-efficiency filters can be affected by compression and impact during handling, export shipments can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to the product specification.
