Equipment Fan Filter Unit

The equipment fan filter unit is designed to provide independent clean-air filtration for production equipment, clean workstations, Mini Environment systems and other local process areas.

Unlike FFUs used across an entire room ceiling, this product focuses more directly on integration with the production machine itself. Its dimensions and airflow can be selected according to the available space above the equipment, the size of the local clean zone and the required outlet velocity.

Rated airflow ranges from 500 to 1,800 m³/h. Outlet velocity is 0.25–0.50 m/s, while available filtration grades include H13, H14 and ULPA.

The fan is an EC brushless type. Control options include manual speed adjustment, 0–10V control and communication control.

The product can be used with semiconductor equipment, precision assembly equipment, automated production lines, inspection equipment, laboratory equipment, clean workstations and Mini Environment systems.

Instead of increasing the clean-air treatment capacity of an entire workshop for the requirements of one process, an equipment fan filter unit can create a local filtered-air zone inside or above the equipment.

This makes product selection closely related to the machine design. Buyers should confirm available installation space, required clean-area dimensions, target filtration grade, outlet velocity and control interface before the FFU structure is finalized.

For automated equipment, the communication method should also be confirmed if the unit needs to work with an existing control system.

Before production, the external dimensions, EC fan configuration, filter grade and communication-control method can be confirmed. This allows the equipment fan filter unit to be integrated into a complete machine or local clean workstation rather than being treated as a separate room-level air purification product.

Before packing, every finished unit receives a 100% inspection. Third-party inspection is also supported.

Export products can use cartons with three-plywood pallets or wooden cases according to unit dimensions.
